It’s really that easy. Just order online and pick up your Honey Birdette order from your selected store, usually within three hours*! Your order may be sent from our warehouse to the store, if this is the case it will take 2-5 days to arrive.

If you have opted to pick up your order instore you will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready to collect. Please wait for this email before heading in to collect your goodies.

When can I collect my Click & Collect order?
After placing your order, you will receive a 'Ready For Collection' email, usually within three hours. Once you get the notification, simply visit your selected Click & Collect store to pick up your order.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We will hold your order for 30 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time!

What if I can't make it to collect my order within 30 days?
If your order is not collected within 30 days of the collection date, it will no longer be available for collection. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have cancelled the order and provide you with a refund. Refunds will be processed in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?
To pick up your order, just be ready to show a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license), your credit card if you used it to pay for this order and your ready for collection email.

Are there any Click & Collect fees?
No. There is no delivery fee or minimum spend at checkout required for a Click & Collect order.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you wish to view the status and tracking of your order, please see the table below.
