Returns & Exchanges

Honey Birdette has a generous 30 day returns and exchange policy.


That is, we will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies within 30 days of purchase if you have your receipt, all tags attached and the item has not been worn.

 

What can I return?

For health reason we cannot exchange, credit or refund toys and latex unless the item is faulty.

All other full price items may be refunded or exchanged, we simply ask that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals and instructions still attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking the items, as we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or returned in a soiled condition.


We do not offer exchange, credit or refund on SALE items for incorrect choice or change of mind.


As a boutique brand we strive to introduce new products frequently and it is through sale that we are able to make way for new products. The exclusivity of our products means that during sale we have limited stock available which is why we do not offer exchange, credit or refund for change of mind or incorrect choice.
We will gladly exchange, credit or refund on sale items if there is a manufactures fault.


What if it’s faulty?


We always do our best to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.

However, if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item, if it is returned within 90 days of the original purchase.

All toys have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.


All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.


How do I return items I bought online?

Firstly, you will need to call 1300 661 421 or email webshop@honeybirdette.com.au to get yourself a return authorisation number.

Return to a boutique

Simply take your item(s), along with your return authorisation number and proof of purchase to any boutique.

The Honey's in store will take your item(s) and organise a refund via the website, or exchange your items on the spot if your sizes are available in store.

Simply visit the below link on our website & follow the instructions to create a return label through Australia Post:

All online returns & exchanges within Australia cost $11.50. In most cases the initial cost of return in not refundable. However, exchange items will be shipped back to you FREE of charge.

Next, fill in your details on the returns and exchange form you received (this can be found on the back of your order invoice).

If you no longer have this form, not to worry, you can download a copy of it below or you can simply write a note to include in your order that states; your name, order number and return authorisation number.

How long will it take?

All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received by Honey Birdette Online.


We aim to process all return request as quickly as possible and you should expect to receive an exchange within 10 working days after posting it back to us.


In many cases you will receive a credit or refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to resend your exchange product or for your bank to process your refund request.
