Shipping & Delivery
- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $50.
- FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $250.
- For orders less than $50 we charge a flat rate of $6 for postage and handling.
- We also offer Express Delivery for orders less than $250 for a flat rate of $9.90.
- Place your order by 2pm AEST and it will leave our online store the same day!
- STANDARD DELIVERY All of our standard delivery orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and are usually received within 3 - 5 business days for Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 5 - 7 working days for regional areas (yep, we're talking about you Darwin).
- EXPRESS DELIVERY Our service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Express shipping to metropolitan areas is usually 1 - 2 business days if ordered before 2pm. If you live outside a metro area then the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days. Most express delivery orders are delivered the following business day if order is placed before 2pm AEST.
- Please note that due to the high volume of orders during SALE Periods, we are unable to combine separate orders.
- All delivery times are indicative only via Australia Post, we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- For orders placed in Asia & the Middle East we charge a $17 rate for Standard Postage (5-12 Days) and $25 for Express Shipping (1-3 Days).
- We recommend our European and North American customers shop at our UK and US online stores to ensure the best shipping rates and the quickest delivery options. For any orders placed in Europe & America we charge a $75 rate for Standard Postage (5-12 Days) and $150 for Express Shipping (1-3 Days). Please change region below for the best rates:

- All other countries are charged $35 for Standard Postage and $75 for Express Postage.
- We do not ship to India, South Korea, Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Syria, Sudan or Russia and we also do not ship to international PO Boxes.

- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to order it from one of our boutiques. If your order is delayed for any reason our online Honey will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
