Delivery Charges

  • Place your order by 2pm AEST and it will leave our online store the same day!
  • Take advantage of FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $50.
  • We also offer an Express Delivery service for a flat rate of $9.90.
  • For orders less than $50 we charge a flat rate of $6 for postage and handling.

 

Delivery Times

STANDARD DELIVERY

All of our standard delivery orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and are usually received within 3 - 5 business days for Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 5 - 7 working days for regional areas (yep, we're talking about you Darwin).

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our service guarantees priority fulfillment and delivery. Express shipping to metropolitan areas is usually 1 - 2 business days if ordered before 2pm. If you live outside a metro area then the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days. Most express delivery orders are delivered the following business day if order is placed before 2pm AEDST.

All delivery times are indicative only via Australia Post, we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

 

International Delivery

All other destinations outside Australia will incur a $25 flat rate for postage and handling. You will receive your order within 7 -15 days, depending your destination.

We do not ship to China, India or Mexico and we also do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to order it from one of our boutiques. If your order is delayed for any reason our online Honey will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

Returns

Honey Birdette has a generous 90 day returns and exchange policy.


That is, we will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies within 90 days of purchase if you have your receipt, all tags attached and the item has not been worn.

 

What can I return?

  •  For health reasons we do not exchange, credit or refund toys unless faulty.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unsued with original swin tags/labels attached.
  • If you request a refund/credit, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded/credited after we have recieved the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
  • With the exception of faulty items, you are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us, or you can return it to one of our boutiques (see below for details).
  • Given that sales are rare for our boutiques and a great way to make way for new collections, size availability is fast-moving. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges, credits or refunds on SALE items for this reason.

All online returns & exchanges within Australia cost $11.50. In most cases the initial cost of return is not refundable. However, exchange items will be shipped to you FREE of charge.

What if it’s faulty?

We always do our best to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. However, if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item, if it is returned within 90 days of the original purchase.

  • All toys have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.
  • All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.

 

Return to a boutique

Simply take your item(s), along with your proof of purchase to any boutique. The Honey's in store will take your item(s) and organise a refund via the website, or exchange your items on the spot if your sizes are available in store.

How long will it take?

As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will process your refund or exchange request. If the replacement item you've requested is in stock, it will be sent within 5 business days. If it is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either an alternative item/size or a refund.
